4.2 Cancellation by CAPRA: Cancellation Terms and Eligible Refunds

Membership: As per the CAPRA BY-LAW No.1, the CAPRA Board has authority to suspend or expel any member, with due cause, which would result in the cancellation of their annual membership.

Events/Services: CAPRA may need to reschedule or cancel an event or service if an unexpected incident occurs that is not within CAPRA’s control and prevents CAPRA from hosting the event or service (i.e., Speaker cancellation, Venue issue/closure, Webhost issue, or other Technical difficulties).

If CAPRA reschedules/changes an event or service due to an unexpected incident, refunds for the fees paid to CAPRA will only be considered if CAPRA-FRM-0010 is submitted. CAPRA shall not be liable for any cost or loss otherwise incurred to the Requestor.
