Overview: The Food and Drugs Act Liaison Office (FDALO) is a resource for individuals, business and organizations when they experience problems with how Health Canada administers the Food and Drugs Act.

The presentation covers FDALO’s services and how they may be of use to you.  It includes a brief overview of the reconsideration process for human drugs and natural health products. The reconsideration process is a non-adversarial dispute resolution process to ensure that decisions about a specific submission were made correctly, and in keeping with existing scientific standards and regulations.

Following the presentation, there will be time for questions and answers.
